The hotel is conveniently located near various high-tech firms and within walking distance to Intel Corporate Headquarters. The staff are exceptional at managing large groups with a smile, though the check-in process may be slow. The rooms, once ready, are comfortable, but ensuring specific requests like feather-free bedding can be challenging. Overall, a good value for money stay.

The hotel was clean for the price but quite small. It was conveniently located between the courtyard and Marriott Santa Clara as I had requested in my reservation. The service was a mix of rude and unprofessional behavior, especially during check-in, but they were very accommodating to me and my 5-year-old. The location was the best part of our stay, with plenty of attractions within walking distance, although getting to the coast near Santa Cruz required some travel. The dining experience was quite nice, especially with the emphasis on chef specials. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, but it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
